Even though their main focus is on businesses, we had Downtown IT come into our home and install a new router so that we can monitor and control our children's wireless networks. They did such an awesome job in explaining exactly how to get set up and even installed the needed software on our computers. Very friendly, very competent, superb work. We are also small business owners and they answer questions about our business network without ever asking to be paid a dime. Can't recommend them enough!!

My favorite part about using downtown IT is the communication. I received continuous status updates so I knew what was going on with my laptop at all times. Where do you ever get that?? I wish more businesses acted like this. It is a very personal feel to their IT service, not just a tech on the other end of a phone line, someone who really cares about whats going on and wants to do their best to help you. I would recommend Downtown IT to anyone.
