We started with floor plans we created ourselves using a home design app, and Jason and his team transformed our ideas into reality. We also provided interior and exterior inspiration photos, and they successfully incorporated the features and design elements we envisioned. Throughout the process, we were involved in every decision. We selected every paint color, flooring option, fixture, faucet, sink, door handle, and finish. We challenged them with several unique features (some they had probably never encountered before...?), including an indoor slide leading from an upstairs children's bedroom to the laundry room, hidden safe rooms, and a custom oversized double-sided fireplace. No matter how ambitious or unconventional our ideas were, Jason and his team never made us feel like we were asking for too much. Instead, they embraced our vision and worked diligently to bring it to life. As construction progressed, we identified opportunities to improve the original design by converting unused spaces into functional living areas. For example, they helped us transform the space beneath the staircase into a toy storage area and create a fun loft area in one of the children's bedrooms. These additions were accommodated without hesitation, even though they were not part of the original plans.

We have heard countless stories from friends and family members who had negative experiences that turned into a living nightmare with dishonest builders, making trust one of the most important factors for us when choosing a contractor. Throughout our project, Jason and his team demonstrated that they were worthy of that trust. While no construction project is entirely free of challenges, they consistently addressed issues promptly and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard.
