University Cuts Barbershop is a hometown barber shop providing a very good experience. The barber is nice, humorous, and mature, with an actual barbing license and 51 years of experience. The shop offers haircuts and uses a vacuum attached to the cutting tool. It also provides various services like copying, finger printing, and printing wide format documents from email. The staff is wonderful, down to earth, friendly, and courteous. They handle anything from business to personal needs with reasonable prices, going above and beyond.
While we did not utilize the barbershop services, our experience with the printing shop was noteworthy. Charles exemplified exceptional customer service, displaying remarkable kindness and attentiveness. Unfortunately, the other female staff member consistently appeared displeased and lacked the same courteous demeanor towards customers and colleagues alike. She could definitely benefit from observing and adopting Charles' exemplary customer service skills.
This place is for guys that like that home town barber shop where not only you get what you paid for but more very good experience these guys will be only barbers to cut this guys hair in Brownwood ever again
