“We can't thank the staff at Austin Avenue Pet Clinic enough for their excellence in palliative care for my daughter's guinea pig, Brownies. Brownies had an inoperable tumor, but the staff took time to express their condolences, talked us through our options and when we needed to have our piggy put to sleep, they sat with and comforted my daughter. It was a sad and unfortunate decision to have to make, but their compassion was a help and not another emotional hurdle to overcome. Thank you. With love from Brownies' family.“
