Great customer service but regarding competitive advantage to other tax preparers there is a lot of improvement to be made. For example for a simple single income tax filling they charge 160 dollars where most tax preparers charge 60-70 dollars or even lower if you do it online and have you AGI number. Nice young people but from a business perspective this will make a lot of possible customers to go to the HR Block down the road.
