When we found water damage at our house, we had no choice but to call Trinity Water Damage and Restoration. Their team was amazing - they knew what they were doing, they were professional, and they worked hard to get our space back to normal. Not only did they fix the damage, but they also took steps to make sure it never happened again. They really care about their customers and their service is top-notch, so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's dealing with water damage.
Trinity Water Damage & Restoration has been a pleasure to work with. Rick with scheduling is very nice and helpful. John has also been amazing. Went over to my place for a free assessment and was very honest with his quote. We used them for a vinyl floor treatment to remove pet odor. After the treatment was finished he went back an additional time to see how well the service worked and also checked on a different area of my house I was concerned with. Would recommend!
A clogged pipe in our house caused a toilet to overflow and completely flood our bathroom. The technicians arrived early and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. Service was exceptional and would highly recommend it to a friend for any flood restoration needs.
