You don’t realize how tense you are until you come see Amy! Amy was very knowledgeable and skilled. I don’t remember the last time my body felt so at ease. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. It was my first time getting a massage, so I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything she would be doing and addressing all my questions. She also made sure I was feeling comfortable at every point of the visit. She creates a safe space for her clients. Will definitely book again thank you Amy!

Amy is my healer. She has improved my overall health without a doubt. She has such a calming and positive way about her and her massage is by far the best! I love how many different techniques she uses and she never hurts me. The atmosphere is always quiet and calming. I feel right at home.

A true haven for rest,relaxation and recovery. Amy is beyond attentive when it comes to make sure I am feeling comfortable during the session with clear and concise directions. The session starts with me choosing an oil of my liking to smell the scent and letting my body drift off while my muscles aches and worries are massaged away. if you are in the area or visiting must recommend if your joints have been weary!
