Melt
“Love Melt! It’s low impact & high intensity & I burn around 400+ calories per class. My only con is booking. Booking opens a week before but essentially if you don’t book by midnight you’re not getting a spot. There’s been times I’m on my way to class at 8am to book for the next week & it’s already full. It’s pretty frustrating especially when you’re already so limited in how many days a week you can come, not to mention coming from outside of Brownsville. I wish there was a way to mitigate this to give others a fair chance of attending & not being left with 5:15am spots most can’t come to.
Hopefully they grow & expand more, but other than that I do recommend!”
