I called Mr rooter regarding an issue i have been experiencing the past 6 1/2 years. I have called several plumbers and roto rooter (3 x). The plumbers even sent a camera through the line. Roto rooter jetted the line going to the main cleanout and going into the house. They did not find any major issue. Mr rooter technicians, rroberto and Miguel came out, cleaned the line and sent a camera to see what might be causing the issue. It was discovered that spectrum had bored completely through the line, thus creating a dam like area about 70 ft from the house. The technician (Miguel) was able to help us with an emergency water leak quickly. It took longer than expected due to issues with the area and existing pipe. He was able to get the water back with no leaks and gave clear explanation on what he needed to do.
Miguel was outstanding! Very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and with excellent results. I will be recommending you to others in the Sunset Palms RV & Mobile Home Park.
