“Extremely frustrating customer service experience.
The company provides prompts suggesting that customers can cancel or modify an order, yet when you actually follow those steps, there seems to be no practical way to do either.
I attempted to modify my order only ONE HOUR after placing it. There were no clear instructions for canceling or changing the order. Calling customer service was just as frustrating. The automated system repeatedly sends you in circles, and when I finally reached a live representative, I discovered they were with a third-party service and had no authority to modify or cancel the order.
My issue was never resolved.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that the company gives customers the impression that modifications or cancellations are possible, but the process appears designed to make actually doing so extremely difficult, if not impossible.
Once the purchase is made, it feels like you’re simply locked in, regardless of how quickly you attempt to correct or modify the order.
Very disappointing experience, and the ordering and customer service process needs significantly more transparency.”
