This office is the absolute worst. They overcharged every single visit claiming my deductible HAD to be maxed out before they could charge me the amount shown on my insurance card.
That's not how insurance works.
My insurance provider sent them the Explanation of Benefits on multiple occasions. This office is fully aware they overcharged me. They have been jerking me around for 7 months about getting the overcharge refunded.
They refuse to take my calls or answer my messages, or those of my insurance provider.
I'm having to sue them because of their inability to communicate.

This doctor sucks he puts u on zxanx and then he he don't want to put back on it. Even though ur been on it since he put on for five years. Now he won't give it to me anymore. He wants me to stop cold turkey. He me Give advice to go to Mexico and buy ur drugs instead of going through him. His name is Stevie pickler he was my last refill I got proof the he was my last refill but he wouldn't let me finish tell him. He is no longer my doctor he yelled at me and said he not going to give it to me. I drove all the from Houston to Harlingen just to see him. Now he turns me away. I get text from his nurses and I call them take me off ur text now!!!! So don't spend ur time going there. I guess I will go to Mexico like he said to go. I will give my business to them. Doctors in the USA are just no good anymore I don't even abuse drugs. I give CCI THERAPY 0. Now iam going to Mexico to buy 90 pills for zxyanx and other my meds. And who ever is Stevie pickler boss should know how he treats his patients he list me for good.
