I have an undergraduate degree in Marketing with an MBA. I was a business consultant for the University of Missouri so I feel qualified to critique Dave's business model. They Have the best customer service I've experienced in my 65 years. The technician are well trained and incredibly polite. They inform the customer of what the issues are and showed me pictures of the problem. The communication with their dispatcher is very clear (I worked with Maria.) I wish I received this label of service for all my contractors. Dave's certainly set the standard! Ray Marshall
Called Dave's today, Sunday, and asked if someone could come take a look at my air conditioner as it was blowing hot air. He stated he had given his employees the day off due to a Birthday Celebration. He did, however, ask me questions about the air conditioner and said it sounds like the capacitor. He then said, I know someone that can help you. Let me give you his number, call him and tell him I gave you, his number. The person he recommended came to my house within 30 minutes, was very professional, polite, did the job quickly and to my surprise charged me a very reasonable amount of money. I purchased an AC through a charity event. Dave's Serv-Tech had generously donated it to the charity. Upon contact they promptly ordered the system and installed it within a reasonable amount of time. The team was clean, quick and professional and I love my new AC.
