I was very impressed with Jerry’s kindness and willingness to assist me in troubleshooting my PC over the phone. I called him one early morning to hire him to repair my PC at my home but he was booked and was going to take him days to be free. He was kind enough to take the time out of his busy day to guide me in fixing my computer over the phone. My PC did not have a major issue. Nonetheless this act of kindness speaks highly of this man. Highly recommend!
