When I 1st went to see Dr. Rodriguez was way back when my now 23 yr old son was only 2 & we had always received such excellent care there that when I had my daughter, naturally I took her to Dr. Rodriguez my daughter is an extremely special needs child who has been under the specialized care of Dr. Rodriguez her whole life so then when I had my 3rd and final child well Im sure you can guess where we went! So we have been with Lower Valley Dental under the care of Dr. Rodriguez for children & Dr. Pyrtal for more than 20 years now so when I give a 5 star rating it means something to me because this entire staff means something to me & all of my children. I absolutely love our dentist and the dental assistants—they’re kind, gentle, and always make us feel comfortable and cared for. The hygienists and back office staff are truly wonderful. Their professionalism and warmth stand out during every visit.
However, I’ve had several experiences with the front desk that have been disappointing. While two of the receptionists consistently show politeness and professionalism, my interactions with others have felt rushed and unwelcoming. On multiple occasions, I’ve been spoken to with a tone that seems annoyed or dismissive, and I’ve even been hung up on before I could finish the call with a polite goodbye.

Our experience at Lower Valley Dental has been amazing. They are professional, responsive and their customer service is exceptional. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. My children feel very comfortable with all the technicians and dentists.Since COVID, I have seen an impressive adjustment in their safety procedures that make me feel comfortable taking my children in for appointments. I highly recommend LVDA.
