Business has moved so give yourself extra time if trying to make a testing appointment. They have moved to what appears to be an otherwise empty enclosed shopping center and a couple of us wandered around lost until someone from the testing center came and found us.
Very unprofessional business. I have tried to get my kids into the driving program but for whatever reason there is no one available to answer my questions via telephone nor in person. After numerous attempts to contact this business, I never received an answer therefore. I took my business elsewhere (1st choice driving academy). In 1st choice academy, we were greeted swiftly and professional. Needless to say, Bluestar is a questionable business in my opinion and lost my business and the word of mouth review will reflect on their lack of professionalism.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The current manager is very unprofessional. He didn’t want to make valid a CONTRACT and said,“if I don’t want to I don’t have to” just because of his pride. When he gives driving instruction to students, he makes derogatory remarks and claims it’s part of instruction. Definitely would not recommend and like he said “go to another school.”
