My air conditioner broke at night. The technician called me at night and gave me some tips and asked questions over the phone. They were able to come right away and fix the problem and did not overcharge me. Very impressed with the honesty.

I am so impressed by the service received by your technician. He took the time to thoroughly assess my unit. He not only took care of the problem I reported but also managed 2 additional requests without any hesitation. I appreciate the patience and time he took.
