Great service. Read to the bottom for how a possible attic fire was averted. Coy fixed our furnace the same day it quit working. But, the amazing part was Coy noticed some blackening on the roof decking and realized the furnace flue pipe was nolonger connected at the joint and the part that went thru the roof had been shifted, probably when the roof was redone during COVID. Coy reattached the pipe at the joint, sealed it on the roof and secured it so it wouldn’t move in high winds. He also checked all our other pipes. Had issues with heater after install NY another company and couldn't get them to come. This company came, father and son, investigated unit and fixed all my issues. Service was prompt and professional. I feel the cost was very reasonable. Will use them in future if I or my family needs AC/Heater repair.
Dean is the most honest person I know. He is extremely knowledgeable to match the proper A/C and heating system to your home. He installed the system in my Fort Worth house (works Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Parker...), and said then he will not install systems he knows are problematic-- (he does not want to repeatedly keep coming out to fix it). Dean's cost was very reasonable, much lower than the companies that advertise and hire technicians to work on commission. As technology improves, he upgraded my system and the cost paid for itself in 4 years of savings in heating/cooling, and afterwards continued to enjoy the lower utility bill.
