We went to Bridgeport Animal Hospital because it was highly recommended by one of their customers. We never regretted the choice, though it was a bit of a distance from Fort Worth, where we lived. They were always caring and careful of our Yorkie and us. When the day came that our Yorkie was to say goodbye, besides helping with the process, afterwards they sent a caring sympathy card signed individually by each of the staff. The messages they wrote were heartfelt and touched us both. This place loves animals and the people who care for them. I highly recommend them.
My puppy injured her leg and was obviously in a lot of pain so I was stressing. the first vet I took her to told me she fractured her leg and it was going to be a 5k surgery plus they were not communicative at alll & surgeon was taking days to get back to me with a plan of action. I was recommended this place so I called & Kim let me send the X-rays I had over and she fit me into their already full schedule same day. In fact, I was having issues getting the first clinic to send me the X-rays and Kim personally reached out to them and got the X-rays for me. Everyone was extremely sweet and helpful.
