He investigated the issue I was having with my pressurized back-flush toilet, told me what he proposed to do to fix the problem and gave me a firm quote for the work. Once I agreed, he accomplished the work in excellent time and asked if there was anything else he could do while here. Appreciate the quick and professional service. Brett was very helpful in evaluating the issue with our gas fireplace.
