Way overpriced plus a Shoddy job equals a very bad experience. This has to be the worst so called addition ever. Added a bedroom & bath , when you flush toilet it gurgles in the sink drain . Shower head and handle were installed off center , the caulk job looks like a 3 year old did it . His painter painted the door hinges , he left window without trim , saying oh this was not in the contract . The bedroom doors and baseboards are all trimmed with cedar but trimming the window without cedar trim was not in the contract . Supposed to build a closet but he was going to build without doors . Several issues and some are just coming to light. Sloppy work on outside building. Patio cover didn't leak before and after it was rebuilt by Dell Construction Services it leaks terribly and they blamed it as a design flaw.
Septic lateral lines were apparently broken when driving over with his equipment.
Definitely not happy with the services from this company and will not recommend them. Even the next door neighbor made comments about the work performed .
