If you want to place a basic delivery order for some basic items, don't do it through them. Do it with Texoma Delivery or someone else. WM delivery will deliver the wrong items, then make you do all the work to fix their mistake (IE you need to call the delivery service to get the driver out to pick up the items, you need to cancel the order and place a new one, etc.). Their customer service at the toll-free number is atrocious, and forget about calling the store. They all refuse to do that thing called their jobs. I don't subscribe to that nonsense called "the customer is always right," but the customer also doesn't need to do your job, people at Bonham Wal-Mart. If Eiker had just done his/her/their job right the first time, I wouldn't have to deal with this nonsense.

Absolute worst customer service experience over a loaf of bread that was picked up from online order. Bag was slit open, bread exposed. Called to ask for a refund was told no that's not going to be done that I would need to bring bread back to store and it would be exchanged after it was inspected. ( inspected?!) The woman I spoke too said she was the store manager and there would be no refunding of my money. Yes it was a $2.78 loaf of bread, the issue here is that customer service was snippy, her way or the highway, and unprofessional- I have to drive a 20 mile round trip to return an item from my order that the damage should have been obvious to the person picking it. At the very least a refund issued at initial call as opposed to the smart mouth retort from what was supposed to be a manager. Called corporate, matter was resolved in less than 7 minutes. Will drive to McKinney before going back to this store that makes up their own rules as opposed to following corporate guidelines.

Yesterday was August 29, 2021 at 4:40PM. I was waiting in line in customer service , I am standing for 10 minutes when all of a sudden 3 women went to the customer service, talk for 20 minutes. I am standing for 32 minutes already and went home. The man next in line to me he is standing for 2 minutes and they immediately help him. The 3 women and 1 man they did not wait and got help immediately. I am standing and in line for 32 minutes they did not help me at all I am very tired standing. The other women customer service clerks are coming in and out of their desk. One time I went to the walmart toilet, I cannot urinate, all the 4 toilets are full of shit, they do not flush the toilet with shit. I return 1 stuff, and I receive a $10 refund instead of $20.00. I forget to pick up my cash back of $20.00 the clerk gave me a $10.00 cashback. The cashier charged a $70 carton of cigarette , the regular price is $63.00 at that time. I want to buy a sofa futon, they do not help carry the futon in your truck. One black girl is always going out of enter door and comes very near to me coming in, always going where I am going and mop the floor. I want to buy a bag lemons and 1 sales clerk is standing in the lemons doing nothing. I am sending moneygram for 100 times and all of a sudden they do not want me to send moneygram anymore. This happened in Walmart Bonham, Texas. Walmart store is not the problem, the people is.
