The entire staff is very professional and friendly, I especially love the care and followups with Dr Loftus. He takes time to go over everything and makes me feel good about my progress and even when my numbers weren't as good as they should have been he talked me through my options and made sure before I left that I understood everything! In other words I'm treated like a person not a number or cash source which most doctors in my past did to the extent of tests and or meds I really didn't need! Grateful they are in Bonham and hope they stay!!!

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Felicitas for 3 years and I will continue to do so. He is very kind and is willing to find solutions to your concerns. I have also never had an issue with any of the staff and they are really sweet. This is a great place to see a General Practitioner!

They are a good staff and are very helpful......if you have their money. They are VERY VERY greedy when it comes to their end. If you dont pay in full, NO ONE in your household will be seen. Their pricing is outrageous too! Even if you have different accounts, insurances, last names, whatever. They will shun you til they see the gold, UGH what is this world coming to? It just goes to show how much they REALLY care about your well being. They dont care if you have a dying infant. They will deny you if cannot pay.
