From the first appointment to view the roof and needs we were impressed with the very courteous professional, on time arrival of the estimator. We got the estimate with full explanation of needs costs timeliness to complete the job. This was followed up with written contract fully as explained, all needs covered and costs involved as well as exactly materials to be provided.. we agreed to the contract. Crews arrived to begin on date certain, on time. Total pros! They began as described to us, never before have we seen such efficiency. This is my 1st reroofing experience and I'm very happy to say it was phenomenal. Got a timely estimate from a very positive Matt Miner , then great contact with Aaron overseer of the project who was always available at a moments notice. Roofing crew was great and very respectful of my pollinator garden . Always showed up early and stayed as late as needed to complete the project on time. I highly recommend! Adding that office staff , Kendall (sp) was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. She is the Frontline impression of the company and she fulfills that role superbly.
