We had a slab leak. Zack and Chris from Olde Towne Plumbing came that very same day. They diagnosed the problem in an experienced and professional manner. We were given a quote before they started the work. There were no surprises. These guys are honest. Their work was very high quality. Zack double checked every joint as he worked. Now that's thorough and meticulous. It was very evident that they were qualified and experienced. We feel that Zack and Chris gave us customized, quality service second to none. On top of that Zack and Chris are really nice people. Their service and craftsmanship were of the highest quality we expected. We will be calling Olde Towne Plumbing again . I already have a bathroom change I'd like to have made so I'll be calling you soon.
Hands down to the greatest plumbers out there. I own a bar here in town and always have toilet issues. These guys always show up and help save the day. Huge shout out to Brett and Rian for coming out this Christmas Eve and fixing my urinal. I really love this company and if you’re looking for a plumber, they should be the first ones you call!
Rob arrived early which was a pleasant surprise! He gave me estimates and completed the work quickly and efficiently. All slow drains are flowing and a rusted faucet replaced! He actually cleaned out lines all the way to the connection with city. VERY REASONABLE! I will certainly call him again!
