Linda recently came to the Boerne store as manager and she has been invaluable helping me find just the right frames and fit, even ordering custom size frames! She also has an awesome selection of frames and knew just which ones would be best! She is just outstanding!!!
The experience whether it be choosing a new pair of glasses or needing an adjustment in fit after wearing the glasses has always been a pleasant experience. Very friendly and customer service is a top priority.
It's been a good while since I shopped for prescription glasses, and the quantity and variety of choices is daunting. Linda is an informed and gracious help. In fact, I chose her suggestions finally, rather than the ones I had selected. We learned a lot from her.
