Mark Belto was my main point of contact with Alamo Exteriors. He provided provided timely appointments for estimates, pre-work evaluation, status of product, and the actual installation. He made it a point to visit his team Rick and Tommy during installation, who were also great and professional installers. Alamo Exteriors, Mark Belto and his team will be my choice for future projects.
BEYOND EXPECTATIONS is all that I can say! I selected Mark and his team upon seeing his work on our neighbors house and hearing how great he is to work with. This was even after I interviewed a competing company that I was sure I was going to commission. Mark and his team put in our windows, the hardie plank siding, and paint. His workers are the most professional and patient in the business. On more than one occasion I changed our initial plan. Neither Mark nor his team batted an eye. Lastly, Mark was on site daily to talk through the projects current status and ensure if I had any questions they were immediately answered.
We have had the pleasure of doing business with Mark at Alamo Exteriors for a couple of projects. A few years ago we replaced all of our windows and we were very happy with the installation, appearance and quality of the windows. This past summer we had all of our siding, trim and facia replaced with Hardy Plank. It was a BIG job. Mark's employees were courteous, and very neat about cleaning up the construction site at the end of each day. The attention to detail was appreciated as Mark and the crew went above and beyond to complete the job efficiently and correctly. There was excellent communication during all phases of the project.
