We gave Steve and his team a shot after a chance meeting with him at Tractor Supply. We were amazed at the wonderful experience that followed. Same day service!!! The scheduler was informative and followed with great communication. Then the best part, Brayden showed up and took care of our issue, communicating every step of the way!!! Only one word to describe it, CRAZY!!!!
These people are awesome, from the person answering the phone to the technicians that do the work. Called about 2 o’clock on a Friday due to heat not working in December! Brayden was here by 4:20. A crew was here at 8:20 Saturday morning to install new unit. In and out by 11:30. Sorry I can’t remember their names. They even cleaned up a mess that another company left 1 1/2 years ago when our air unit was replaced. I will never call anyone else but these guys and you shouldn’t either.
This company is awesome! I’ve been out of heat for several days I had called several companies to do an estimate. They beat them all. They came out the same day at 6:30 in the evening and worked until I had heat in my house around 9 o’clock that night. I recommend them. Their work ethic was wonderful and the whole team was very professional.
