Keith and Auggie are the best. They were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Keith is very knowledgeable and attentive and Auggie made us feel like we were family. The small details meant a lot to us, like the sold sign and making sure the car was clean and perfect. We had been searching for a specific car and had been calling around to many dealerships across the state of Texas. We actually decided to go with this dealership because Keith was so on top of everything even with just having talked over the phone. We appreciate the smooth transaction and the kindness. Being nice to people goes a long way!

The only reason I give excellence is because of the sales person Mr. Keith he was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable if it wasn’t for him I would have walked out. The financial person total opposite he made me feel unwelcome his demeanor was telling me go away I don’t like your kind. Sales men great person 10 for him, financial men bad person 0 for him.

Appointment time was accurate. I got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Customer service was great and communication was good regarding answering questions, service and time frame. However I was hoping the dealership would offer a free vacuum service like some of the other chevy/ Buick dealership did. Would have been a nice touch but overall it was a great experience. Waiting room and restroom was also clean.
