    While we don't have the all services here in San Angelo, Big Spring Vet helped my dog when she needed it the most. They were friendly, helpful, and really do care about the animals. Dr. Marshall did everything he could do to keep my dog alive for the remaining time she had. If your vet refers you to this place, its the place to go. Thank y'all for everything.

    I was referred to this vet by my regular clinic in Midland because they have the endoscopic tools my dog needed. After three expensive visits and one misdiagnosis elsewhere, I finally got answers here.
    Dr. Marshall is exceptional. The way he treated my dog, explained his thought process, and even pulled up visual examples online to help me understand was beyond anything I have experienced at a vet. He listened to every concern I had, including the symptoms and possible diagnosis I had researched on my own.     On 11/12/2025 We brought in our 14 yr old Border collie mix due to her loosing the use her hind legs,after an examination we came to the decision to let her go ,the staff was awesome so caring and compassionate, they were so very empathetic,
