Had an appointment it was canceled because she had the flu which I can respect but got another appointment and she informs me when I get there that she can't do my hair color which was two highlights again I respect it but wasted my time ,not good

I bring my mother weekly to Lucy to wash, set and style her hair. Additionally, she cuts and perms her hair as needed. Fair prices and consistent service. She cuts my hair every two months and does a good job. I am thankful for her service so I don't have to drive further.
