Joyce has a great crew and wonderful customer service. I love my haircut. She listens to what you want. My hairdresser in Katy retired so I am thrilled I found a new hairdresser so close.

I love this small town hair salon very personable caring they really care that they do the job you want them to do on your hair I recently had highlights done and they came out perfect I've had compliments about them and I tell them go to Upper Cuts in Belleville

I think I like this place cuz I've been going there for 5 years. The owner and the staff are super nice and very professional wise. Other services that I have seen include dying hair and professional makeup applications. I personally enjoy watching what the women go through to get their hair done.
