Additionally, they kindly informed me of how the situation occurred (a series of poor choices made by the other establishment) and how to proceed moving forward. Their assistance and knowledge was a complimentary service to me as they were not gaining additional work from the visit. Their motivation was simply to help and inform, I was so very grateful for their kindness and professionalism and would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for technicians who make you feel comfortable and are highly skilled.“
