Very unreliable. I was told my clothes needed for an extended trip would be ready on a Tuesday. I went on Wednesday and they did not have everything. No calls. No customer service. We will not return.

We took in 2 formal dresses one with couple small stains and one with big cherry juice stains. They cleaned them perfectly and were done by the next day. They were very nice and i would recomend them highly.

I had the best customer service experience here. When I dropped off my clothes I informed the young woman who helped me it was my first time getting anything dry cleaned, and she took the time to explain what I would be charged for each item to ensure I was okay with it before proceeding with the service.When I came to pick up my clothes I was a bit early, but Syed (I believe this was the gentleman’s name) offered me a cup of coffee and cookies to snack on while I waited. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was far beyond the standard of a regular visit to the dry cleaners.
