She can be described as knowledgeable in the practice of veterinarian medicine, compassion towards animals and their well-being, and is approachable for questions, concerns, or suggestions towards your pet's care. Dr. Lass possesses a high standard work ethic to ensure quality care for your pet and support of the family. She genuinely cares.

The admin person who interviewed me was very detailed with her questions and her follow up the day after Hinckley's shots and tests. Dr. Wass answers all questions and is complete with the information she provides. The front desk folks are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I love this vet! Every time I call with questions, the lady who answers the phone, has no problem answering. She gives me helpful advice every single time! I remember when I first was searching for a vet, I had just rescued this kitten (1st time cat owner had no idea what to do). No other vet had time or even seemed concerned to ask what was wrong. When I finally made it to their contact on google, I was crying my eyes out worried about this newly born kitten. Even though they couldn’t take walk-ins, she scheduled me that afternoon and I was just relieved right then and there. The doctor always comes out and talks to me with more helpful tips.
