Ever since the new ownership took over things have dramatically changed. Clothes are not pressed right, prices went up, they damage item. It is just bad. The ladies that work there are nice especially Patty though! Looking for a new cleaners.

DO NOT GO HERE! Severely damaged my comforter beyond repair. Damaged my Trench and Pea Coat and suit. If u go here, DO NOT SIGN any waivers and take PICTURES of all your clothes before you lend the clothes to them. Lastly, CHECK all your clothes before you leave. I MEAN IT.

Rude employees, they lose clothing items and don’t seem to care when they give back the incorrect item either. We brought in a purple suit coat size XL, we were given back a coral suit coat size XXL, and a big fat attitude with it. Magically found our items a few days later, but an unnecessary mess at best. Don’t waste your money here! The employees claim they have a “new owner” - they don’t seem to want your business anyway!
