I just left my appointment at BACS and I opted for a deep tissue massage. The therapist (I didn't catch her name) was very friendly and the massage was fantastic, I will definitely be coming back! The room was clean and it was warm in there ao overall no complaints whatsoever

I hate to give this place a relatively negative review, but this goes DIRECTLY to the so-called chiropractor and NOT to the massage therapist.While the "doctor" was very nice, she did absolutely NOTHING for my lower back issue other than to delegate me to the massage therapist. No adjustment or anything!I've been to other chiropractors and they have ALL done initial assessments (looking at posture, spine curvature, etc.) and also adjustments with the table. Dr. Hong Nguyen is basically ripping off insurance companies by NOT seeing clients and just sending them to get massages; good for me (I pay only the co-pay) but not good for insurance companies.
