I had a clog in the bathroom pipes which one of their workers promptly fixed. I had them at 5 stars because of his speed, work and result. During the course of the work he told me the plumbing needed to be fixed the right way as the old pipe is leaking back up under our house and causing mold and warped floors. He did not give estimates I would need to call the office and have his boss come out. I called and set an appointment for 2 pm the next day. They were a no-show so I called at 330 to see where they were. The lady said she would relay the message and someone would get right back with me. It's 3 days later and nothing. If you don't want to come then call and tell me. Don't make me set around here and waste a half a day waiting for nothing. The worker that was here was great. Too bad.

I recommend using Olivarez Plumbing to anyone, they’re services is by far better than anyone. They did a great job for me on septic system, very knowledgeable, very good at what they do. Good price too. Thank you guys, good job?.

Very unprofessional. Called in the morning and was told I should expect early morning. They asked if someone would be home. Said yes and waited till 3:00 pm. Called answering service and explained the problem, never received a call back.
