Water Heater Installation and Repair near Bee Cave picked by BestProsInTown
“Tim is highly-focused on, and competent with, the task at hand.
He provided three different options for repair.
He asked several times whether I had any questions, or if there were any other issues that needed his attention.
Very thorough and knowledgeable.
He just finished, and everything seems to be working well.
Tim also cleaned the area well after he finished.
A true professional.”
“Wow, awesome service and communication!! I just found my new plumbing company. Very honest and thorough. Had been loyal customer for 13 years with Stan's, but they recently tried to rip me off BIG time, and their honesty and prompt service has vanished. Neighborhood Plumbing you can trust and will deliver on service and integrity!”
“Cole was a phenomenal communicator and took care of our issues while on-site. He took a look at two areas that needed attention at the house (water heater roof cap clearance, and the flex pipe to the stove), and addressed them immediately. I appreciate his candor, and I felt like he actually cared about the home when we spoke.
I appreciate the live updates on when the tech is in route to the property and all the communications that led up to the service appointment.”
