It has walk-ins just go early so you don't get closes off on signing up because it's close to closing or max capacity. You can also make an appointment online as well!

EDIT: Do research online on what you need! For vehicle registration you need a paper saying you passed Travis county's emissions inspection! For title transfer you need a title transfer sheet and a signed title. Tax is not paid based off how much you payed for the car but current MSRP value.“
