Hello! I’ve got a complaint. Our roof has been leaking since December. It’s warranted, we were trying to get the guy named Raul Hernandez and his guys to fix it for 3 months now. They put some tarp to cover a licking spot (in February) and told us that they need to order some stuff to fix it permanently. After that we keep hearing “let me call you back” and he never does . They brought some materials last week and left them on the front yard without even telling! And they’ve been there since! No messages , no phone calls, nothing! It’s getting very annoying!
