I have always been able to talk to someone about whatever it is, get my questions answered, change dates, etc. CoCo (KoKo) is very likeable! I am pretty picky which is why I always cleaned my own house. But after going back and forth, saying just what I wanted and how I liked things, everything seems to have worked out. It always has worked out, but me being so picky........
