I've been going to Dr. Coleman on Gladys in Beaumont for years and have been paying out of pocket faithfully. When I found out I couldn't make payments I was so sad to leave them and nervous to find another Dentist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Baxley today and like so many people, was SO nervous. (I hate going to the dentist lol) I tossed and turned all night last night and for NO reason! I went in and was greeted so sweetly by a woman who I overhead saying has been there for NINETEEN YEARS! She was so sweet and welcoming to me. She explained and went over everything with me and had me fill out a very short information sheet. The assistant that called me back was one of the sweetest girls I've ever met. She was SO personable and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and all my nervousness just melted away! Dr. Baxley is just absolutely awesome. He came in and went over everything with me in detail and made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. They were so professional and showed that they truly genuinely care about their patients health, teeth AND finances. I left with a huge smile and I will never be nervous to go to the Dentist again! I would recommend them to ANYONE! I found my forever Dentist!!! Thank you Dr. Baxley and team!
