I was given a directive by my insurance company to find another eye doctor since my previous eye doctor is now out of network. I'm so thankful I found Dr Sandra Mann, VisionMann Optometrists. What a professional and caring physician team, her and her husband! Their office staff is top notch and they have two locations, one in Beaumont and one in Nederland.
I had the best experience with Dr. Mann. He explained the whole process of what he was doing to our son. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable. He even looked up where to get the prescriptions. Mr. Nathan was so nice and helpful. They were able to get us an appointment quickly and was very helpful with the insurance verification process. Dr Andrew Mann, Nathan, and Traci were amazing, professional, and caring at my annual eye exam at the Beaumont location. They explain everything, available for Friday afternoon appointments, and through for check out! I had my first appointment with his wife Dr Sandy Man in Nederland and it was also a great experience. Will definitely be back!
