Three young men were very professional. Cleaned up the work site. Checked the system inside and out and then presented the invoice. I highly recommend Universal Climate Control. I also have a 3 ton unit that will need replacing soon. I will definitely use Universal.
They installed a new HVAC system for me 2 years ago. They have always answered the phone when I have called and taken care of any issues I had. Had an issue over the weekend and when I called Josh answered and said he would have someone call me Monday morning, Monday morning I got a call and was set up with a Technician that morning. Leah was the tech that came out she was very professional and took care of problem and did annual maintenance in a timely manner.
Always professional and they get the job done quickly. Best response time I have had in a long time. As a real estate professional I need vendors I can trust and who can provide quick service at a good price. These guys are spot on. I highly recommend them for your hvac needs.
