Customer service is great. The ladies work hard and are empathic to you situation. However, the services are above average and have high account interest. The loan is reported to your credit unions and canhelp build your credit score. The company can let you renew your loan electronically without having to go into the office one you have completed your paperwork in person. This makes it easier to accomplish if you live outside of Beaumont or have issues with transportation.

I called them and asked them what was the qualifications for a loan. She told me and I got my paperwork together and went to the office. The process was quick and they were very friendly. What I really like is I can call in my payment so it didn't be late. The ladies were always friendly to me and my husband. They talked to us like they had known us for years. I would definitely apply there again.
