Beaumont, TX is the city in which I grew up, but have not lived there since graduating from high school in 1992. So when I am there for some length of time, it is often as if I am a visitor. My father passed away in late January and a friend referred me to DeJoie to have my hair styled for the funeral. She worked me into her busy schedule and was very good. From the time I arrived, she was on time with service. She worked between myself and two other clients, but unlike other experiences I have had, she had each person in the rotation in a practical process, like under the dryer, being blow-dryed etc. She also gave my hair a much needed trim and the silk press was gorgeous....read full review

Saw a lady at a board meeting a few months ago with the most perfect lashes and she recommended iLashfess at d'lux. I made an appt on the website (super easy) and went yesterday. I am so impressed! The salon was clean, easy to find, and had a great vibe!! Tasha was super nice and friendly. My lashes look AMAZING. I used to get them done at Amazing Lash Studio in Houston when I lived there and these are better! The appt was comfortable and I'm so impressed with the results!!!!! She picked up immediately that I was looking for glam, but not too glam, and still natural looking. I didn't have pictures or anything, just explained the look I was going for! 5 stars easily.
