A couple of weeks back I lost some very important keys I needed for work. I’ve been all around Beaumont & no one could make the keys. My boss has even previously called in a locksmith when this happened with another coworker and nothing. I called Star Lock Techs today asking if I could send a photo via email so they could see if they could help. The lady at the front (I wish I would’ve gotten her name) was amazing and so helpful! I sent the photo and she called back saying that was a chance she may be able to. I went by and she struggled a bit trying to match. She told me she would make one so I wouldn’t have to pay for the second one just in case it didn’t work because she wasn’t sure if it would work. I thanked her for her honesty and agreed to let her make both because I’m in a time crunch and wouldn’t have time to come back. If they didn’t work I would take the loss. She was helpful and informative and even explained why it was so hard to get made. Her manner was very patient and kind and after the few weeks I’ve had it definitely made my day 😊. Just had to give them a shout out because the customer service was 5⭐️! *BTW the keys worked!
