This business offers World Class Customer Service so if you are looking for flooring this is the spot..I Visited this Store yesterday looking to match a piece of tile for one of my commercial customers. All I had was one piece as a sample and absolutely no idea who made it but as soon as I showed her my sample she told me immediately that it was a discontinued Daltile product but it was really popular so maybe some of her suppliers still had some in stock & She called them all, searched the internet and even went into her shop and looked through every nook and cranny of the building. It was a really great experience with the kind people here. Very helpful in helping us choose ceramic tile to replace an old vinyl floor in our kitchen. The last helping us was named Diane, she helped us with our needs when we described what we had in mind. We were thinking of 12x12 or 20x20 square tiles. Diane brought us up to date on what the current trends were and we picked out a 12x24 white tile with hints of marbleing that wouldn't be slick when it was wet! She also helped with a grout to go with our floor and we were thinking very dark after what we went through on our last floor. Diane recommended a dark gray and we thought it would look good also! They came in on a Monday morning and got the old vinyl removed in short order. It wasn't long that the installer Johnny was laying the tile down! He finished late afternoon and said he would be back the next morning to do the grout after the mortar for the time had time to set. Johnny was back promptly at 8:30am the next morning and had the grout completed in no time at all!!! We are very, very happy with the way our new kitchen floor looks. I would highly recommend the folks at Porter's Carpet and Flooring! We had a great experience with them.
