Very professional and efficient, I was there for a DOT physical. I've done quite a few in my life but they make it easier. Yiu fill out the stuff on your phone then they call you back. Very clean facility Very professional staff. If you need a DOT physical I would highly recommend.
This clinic location is good. I’m pleased with the results of my DOT Physical however, whoever does the data input to the National Registry needs to be re-trained. They submitted me with a 1 yr. medical card but somehow reported to the National Registry a 6 mo. medical card expiration. I’m fighting like hell to get them to correct it. They say they submitted it again now I just have to wait and keep checking with the Driver License website.
The staff were very professional yet friendly, my appointment was a walk-in, When I got to their facility, they had not received my paperwork from the company that handles our medical for employees but the front desk agent handled all that for me. As busy as they get, they got my paperwork going and completed my examination in a timely manner. Would definitely return to the facility in the future for any required exams.
