I cannot say enough good things about Miss Fit. Miss Fit is more than a gym. It's a lifestyle, it's a sisterhood, it's a sanctuary. You're surrounded by powerful, bold women who encourage and uplift you both inside and outside of the gym. The coaches and staff are amazing women that truly care about their members. They push you to be better and stronger, but to also understand your body's limits and to respect them. If you're questioning whether you should join or not, the answer is a million times yes! It's the best decision I ever made!

I highly recommend coming and joining the miss fit family. The coaches are great and always encouraging and pushing you past your limits. I enjoy going to the gym and working out. Never thought I would say that.

I am so happy I joined with Missfit a couple of months! My life has really changed! Thankful for this gym and group of ladies! They also have child care so I can bring my kids and work out! It has a clear glass so you can also keep an eye on them for yourself!
